a) All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. once the goods have been dispatached, you are accepting a contract between yourself and RG WIGS LTD.
b) At RG Wigs, we aim to have all products online available for purchase, however if for any reason a product becomes unavailable after sale, we will contact you immediately. Giving you the option to wait until it becomes avaialble or recieve a full refund to the payment card/method used.
c) By placing an order online with RGWIGS, you must be 18years of age or over. You undertake that all details provided are accurate and that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Prices in different currencies may fluncuate and all prices are subject to change.
d) As our product's durability is based on how often the product is used, we do not accept refunds or exchanges under any circumstances on used products.
e) Descriptions and prices on our website are thoroughly checked, however errors may appear, in this case once it has been discovered you will be contacted with the correct details, with the option to reconfirm or cancel it. If we receive no response the order will be cancelled.

BUNDLES + LACE : 7 working days
Processing Time: 7- 10 working days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when we hand the order over to the delivery service.

FEDEX - International deliveries are subject to additional cost.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
The lace (if applicable) must not be cut, and the wig must not be washed, dyed, or styled.
All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be included.
A return request must be submitted within 14days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange options
For exchanges we offer size or style exchanges (where available).
The customer has full responsibility over the item until it has been received by us. It is therefore advised to use a service that provides a tracking number and signature by the recipient. As we will not be liable for the item being lost in transit on the way back to us. We cover the cost to ship the replacement item.
Returns for Refund: You may request a refund to your original payment method.

We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions and shipping details.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
