HD Illusion Lace frontal
HD Illusion Lace is the most seemless lace available on the market, due to how thin and soft it is. Making it almost undetecatable on the human skin.
As a result HD illusion lace are very delicate, and should be treated with great care, to avoid tears and to increase durability.
Our frontals are made with 100% virgin human hair suitable for colouring and bleaching.
SHIPPING INFO
Our HD illusion lace frontals are not curretly manufactured in large quantity, therefore requires a longer processing time (between 7- 14 working days)
Customers will receive a shipping email, with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
A) Refunds and exchanges can be made with a product of the same value or more, under the terms that:
* The frontal is reported for an exchange/refund within 48hrs of recieving the item
* The frontal has not been used, and is still in its orginal state and packaging.
B) All shipping/postal fee will be at the expense of the customer, with the customer having full responsibility over the item until it has been recieved by us. It is therefore advised to use a service that provides a tracking number and signature by the recipent. As we will not take any responsibility for lost items during excange process.
C) Wigs will only qualify for an exchange/Refund if the policy in section 4a are met. And will be rejected and sent back to the customer if any of these requirements have been breeched.
