RETURN POLICY
A) The nature of our product does not allow for refunds to be made, however exchanges can be made with a product of the same value or more, under the terms that:
* The wig is reported for an exchange within 48hrs of recieving the item
* The wig has not be worn, and is still in its orginal state and packaging.
* The wig has no glue usage/gel or any hair products on it.
B) All shipping/postal fee will be at the expense of the customer, with the customer having full responsibility over the item until it has been recieved by us. it is therefore advised to use a service that provides a tracking number and signature by the recipent. As we will not take any responsibility for lost items during excange process.
C) Wigs will only qualify for an exchange if the policy in section 4a are met. And will be rejected and sent back to the customer if any of these requirements have been breeched.
FITTING INFO
Our Wig construction begins 48hours hours after your initial order has been made. As a result we aim to have you at our salon for your fitting within 1 week of purchasing a wig.
We will contact you with at least 2 available dates and time to have your fitting. Also if you have a preferred date/time, please include it in the provided area.

UK Orders: All wigs to Uk addresses are shipped out via Royal mail signed for 1st class.
International Orders: Royal Mail international Delivery to European countries like Germany, France and Spain, is a speedy 3-5 working days and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world (not including the 1 week period of making your unit). ( International delivery cost: Non EU: £14.45, World Zone ( North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia): £19.70. World zone 2: £21.50
